Everything is accessible to everyone, except for the Max Fordham recommendations for remedial work to bring the heating and hot water system up to scratch. Because of the confidentiality notice, it is accessible only to residents on the estate and is password-protected. There is an interactive section: forms that allow you to register breakdowns and faults in the heating and hot water system, no-shows or late cancellations by contractor staff or Camden employees, and the performance of repair people.

It is really important to gather this information to document the scale of the problem we are dealing with, to substantiate our claims about no-shows, and to establish a performance record that will allow us to measure the success of the remedial works.
